RATES FOR YOUR CHARMING COTTAGE NEAR AVIGNON

Mas Saint-Gens offers flexible accommodation depending on the size of your group. You can rent one house, several houses or privatize the entire estate for exclusive use. Below you will find the price ranges depending on the season.

RATES 2026
Very High Season:    mid-end of July + first 3 weeks of August
High season:            May to mid-July - last week of August - September  
Average season:       April - October - Bank Holidays/Bridges in November - End of year celebrations 
Low season:          November to March except end of year celebrations and bank holidays/November ponts

NB:
. Week = 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday in July and August) - Weekend = 2 nights (Friday 5 p.m. to Sunday 5 p.m.)
.At the prices below(weekdays/weekends/nights) end of stay cleaning is added and tourist tax.Optional household linen (sheets and towels included from 7 nights except in low season). Refundable deposit.
. In most cases, double beds separate into single beds (see details on the Houses pages)
. Tourist tax: €1/adult/night
. Sheets: €10/bed (beds made +€10/bed), towels: €10/pers.
. Individuals: rental for2 night minimum(except holidays and bridges and except minimum 7 nights in July and August)
. Weekends in season, bridges and summer weeks are reserved for exclusive rentals (no cottage rental by cottage) : consult us before booking online
. Mas Saint-Gens offers, on certain dates during the mid and low seasons (please contact us), specially designed accommodations for medium-sized groups (but exclusive use of the property is not guaranteed):
> Maison du Bonheur + Maison des Souvenirs → 20 beds. These two adjoining cottages allow your group to stay together in comfortable and functional spaces.
> Maison du Bonheur + Maison des Souvenirs + Maison des Rêveurs → 25 beds. For larger groups, this combination offers ample space for everyone while preserving the conviviality and warmth of a shared stay.
> The Le Lab room can also be rented.
. For groups of 30 or more, exclusive use of the property is required.
