How to book?

Our online calendar system allows you to be autonomous in booking and payment. Otherwise, do not hesitate to write to us by indicating the house that caught your attention, your dates and staff, your questions. We will get back to you very fast. A minimum of 2 nights is required all year (3 or 4 nights for some public holidays) and 1 week in July+August (Saturday to Saturday).

Whether directly with us or via partner websites (Airbnb, HomeAway, etc), we send you by mail a contract to return signed with the deposit (50%). This contract includes the T&Cs online on the reservation module.

What are the terms of arrival / departure?

Weekdays: arrival from 5 pm, departure before 11am

Package WE: arrival from 5 pm on Friday, departure until 5 pm on Sunday => A large WE.

To allow you an autonomous and / or late arrival, we will give you the gate code and a code to collect the keys at the door of your house. For this, it is imperative that the totality of the payment (rent, cleaning, options chosen, tourist tax) and that the deposit be received before your arrival.

What is your opening period?

We are happy to welcome you all year round to Mas Saint-Gens. The houses are heated. The many assets of the region make it attractive throughout the year.

Should we do the cleaning?

The final cleaning, regardless of the length of stay, is charged extra and mandatory, so that everyone has the same level of service.

 

Is the linen provided?

Our beds are equipped with mattresses, duvets and pillows. We can rent the sheets if needed (10 € / bed) (+10€/bed made) and towels (8 € / pers). Please make your request no later than 15 days before your arrival. For hygiene reasons, the use of bed linen is mandatory. Sheets and towels are included for 7 nights and more (except in low season).

Can I come with my pet?

For the tranquility of all, it is unfortunately not possible to come with your friend.

Can I come with my bike?

Yes, we offer a secure local, a water point and a tool kit.

​

What is the "Lab" room?

A room at your disposal for your residential business seminars, wellness stay, etc. Air conditioning. Water closets access. Please have a look at "Meetings". Please contact us for availability and price

Do you have baby equipment?

Yes, we have folding cots and high chairs. Please let us know at least 15 days before your arrival.

For insurance reasons, babies are included in the occupancy level of the house.

How are the Houses equipped?

All our Houses have new or recent equipment. The bedding is new, French manufacturing, hotel range. Same for duvets and pillows.Dishwasher, TV, wifi. Table and chairs for your meals together. Access to wash machine and dry machine.

If we rent several houses, where can we eat together?

During summer, large tables are installed outdoor.

​

I hesitate between several Houses, which one to choose?

The Houses all have the same level of equipment. Only the decorative atmosphere changes. And the number of beds. They all give access to all the infrastructures. La Maison des Voyageurs is completely independent with its garden and parking; the others are adjoining. They have no nuisance relative to each other. They have all been designed to be as pleasant to experience in a small group as in a large group. Find the description of each in the “in detail” tab.

We like a lot your cottages but we are only two, is it possible?

Of course. The Petite Maison ("Little House")is ideal for a couple. The Maison des Rêveurs ("House of Dreamers") also.

​

I would like more informations on the swimming pools.

3 swimming pools are dedicated to Holiday Homes, in a secure enclosure: 1 of 11x5x1,5 m (heated from April to October depending the weather), 1 of ø 6 mx1,5 m, 1 paddling pool of 3x3x0,4 m.

Where can I park?

Mas Saint-Gens has a private and secure parking area. The house Maison des Voyageurs has is own parking area as well.

​

The Mas is it arranged for reduced mobility people?

Unfortunately not, we are sorry.

​

I used to stay at Mas Saint-Gens, what is changing?

The cottages have been completely renovated in the spring of 2019: paintings, sanitary, new equipment; new and current outdoor furniture. The names of the cottages have changed: Voyageurs = Romarin, Amis = Farigoule, Rêveurs = Thym, Souvenirs = Olivier, Bonheur = Coquelicot.

What is the Lab?

We will be happy to host your “intimate” wedding. Please note: provide exclusivity of the premises. 40 people maximum over the entire duration. Out of respect for the neighborhood, outdoor noise is prohibited after 10 p.m.; indoors, it must be limited (no DJ+sound system; dance evening until 2 a.m. max). Please contact us and tell us your wishes. We will study your request.

If we rent several Houses, where can we all eat together?

During the summer, large tables are set up outside. Outside this period, the Lab room is at your disposal (contact us for availability and price). Some lodgings like the Maison des Voyageurs have a living room spacious enough to accommodate several dining tables.

We are not that many but we would like to be alone between us at the domain, is it possible?

Yes, whether you are 10, 20, 30, etc., you can reserve all the gîtes for exclusive use. Refer to the "exclusivity" rate. Exclusivity is required for any professional or private event. And as soon as your workforce reaches 30 people.

NB: The exclusivity (or privatization) of the place does not give you access to the private part. You must also let the gardeners, swimming pool specialists and craftsmen working on the estate work every week.

Do you rent your private part?

Our private garden can be rented during the day, by 4h time slot (including assembly and disassembly) for the organization of a lunch, a photo shoot or an aperitif for example. (consult us for terms and prices).

Why leave a deposit? 

The deposit is used to guarantee the costs of redemptions and repairs following damage that you could cause (Cf tab "model contract" above). No entry into the premises will be made if the deposit has not been received before. In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

What are your internal rules?

You can read about it  below . Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the premises.

Why pay a tourist tax?

It is imposed by the region to offer you quality infrastructure. The price is fixed according to the classification of the accommodation. Only adult adults pay for it. 1€/adult/night (level 3*) except Maison des Amis : 4% of the night rate / number of occupants + additional departmental tax of 10%.
