Housekeeping at Mas Saint-Gens in Provence

At Mas Saint-Gens, everything is designed to ensure your group stay is as enjoyable as possible, whether you're traveling with family, friends, or for business. Located in Carpentras, in the heart of Provence, our spacious estate can accommodate up to 45 people in a comfortable, welcoming, and fully equipped environment.

Our goal is simple: to allow you to fully enjoy your stay without logistical constraints, with facilities adapted for large groups and services that simplify the organization of your reunions, events, or holidays.

LINENS

Our beds are equipped with mattress protectors, duvets, pillows, and pillowcases. We can rent sheets if needed (€10/bed, +€10/bed for beds made upon arrival), and towels (€10/person). Please make your request at least 15 days before your arrival. For hygiene reasons, the use of bed linen is mandatory.
Linens are included for stays of 7 nights or more (except during the low season).
We provide bath mats and tea towels.
You have access to a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities on site.

CLEANING

End-of-stay cleaning, regardless of the length of your stay, is charged separately and is mandatory to ensure everyone receives the same level of service.
If you would like a mid-stay cleaning during your stay, please let us know (ideally at least 15 days before your arrival).
You will find a vacuum cleaner, bucket, broom, mop, and basic cleaning supplies in your cottage.

MEALS

To simplify your stay, several options are available.

Each cottage has its own fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your meals. Outdoor barbecues are also available.
The kitchens are large enough to cook for groups.
Several supermarkets and shops are located nearby.
However, if you prefer not to cook, we can put you in touch with a caterer, a private chef, or a restaurant offering takeout.
Numerous restaurants are also located nearby.

Services for welcoming families with children and babies

CHILDREN'S AND BABY EQUIPMENT
Mas Saint-Gens regularly hosts family gatherings and reunions. Equipment can be made available to facilitate the organization.

We have travel cots (without a proper mattress), high chairs, baby baths, and potties. Please specify your needs at least 15 days before your arrival.
We can put you in touch with babysitters.
The large spaces allow children to play safely while the adults enjoy their stay.
For insurance purposes, babies are included in the house's occupancy count.

We offer a secure, enclosed area, a water fountain, and a tool kit.
We have several recreational bicycles available (adults and children).

Mas Saint-Gens offers numerous amenities to ensure comfort and independence during your stay. Whether for a weekend or a week-long holiday, you'll have everything you need to feel right at home.

All our holiday homes have new or recently fitted equipment.
The bedding is French-made, hotel-grade, and offers great comfort. The same applies to the duvets and pillows.
The kitchens are very well equipped: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner.
Each cottage has its own hair dryer.
In the living rooms you will find: TV, hi-fi, wifi (fibre). Table and chairs for eating meals together.
All the rooms have storage space.
For your convenience upon arrival: toilet paper, shower gel/shampoo.

COMMON INTERIOR EQUIPMENT

All residents of Mas Saint-Gens en Provence have access to the discount with:

washing machine, tumble dryer,

Raclette grills, food processors, electric griddles
Complete tableware for 45 people (in addition to that provided in the cottages), ideal for your outdoor meals on the patio, which adjoins the shed
