The warm and inviting atmosphere of The House of Happiness makes it the perfect retreat for your holidays.
Apartment on the 2nd floor of the farmhouse with two independent entrances from the patio.
180 m² with a balcony and private terrace. 40 m² dining room with open-plan kitchen, 40 m² living room with a second open-plan kitchen, exposed beams and high ceilings, air conditioning. 4 bedrooms, 1 shower room with toilet, 1 bathroom with toilet. Sleeps up to 13.
Bedroom 1: 1 king bed or 2 twin beds
Bedroom 2: 4 single beds (can be made into 2 queen beds)
Bedroom 3: 1 king bed or 2 twin beds
Bedroom 4: 1 queen-size bed
Sleeping area in the dining room (with screens): 1 single sofa bed and 1 double sofa bed

Booking one or more holiday homes at Mas Saint-Gens gives you access to all the facilities on the estate: 2 swimming pools + 1 paddling pool (in a secure area. 1 heated swimming pool (from April to October depending on the weather), 2 pétanque courts, beach volleyball court, swings, children's playhouse, trampoline, ping-pong, foosball, darts, basketball hoop, garden furniture, barbecues, etc. All our cottages have the same level of equipment: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine. Wifi. Washing machine access.
Built in the old style, our cottages benefit from thick walls which naturally protect against the heat in summer.
However, Maison du Bonheur has air conditioning in its living room and dining room.
Fans are available in all rooms of the estate.
All houses are heated and equipped, and the estate remains fully accessible in winter (except for closed swimming pools).
Note: At certain times of the year, we rent all the cottages to a single group. Please contact us before booking individual cottages.
Mas Saint-Gens offers, on certain dates (please contact us), specially designed accommodations for medium-sized groups:

All cottages are heated and equipped, and the estate remains fully accessible in winter (except for the closed swimming pools).
