Weekdays: arrival from 5pm, departure until 11am Weekend package: arrival from 5pm on Friday, departure until 5pm on Sunday => a Great Weekend. For this to work, it is essential that full payment (rent, cleaning, chosen options, tourist tax) and the security deposit are received before your arrival. What is the minimum length of stay? Yes. When booking, by choosing "privatization" in the booking module, the entire estate is privatized for your group, whether you are 15, 30 or 45... You can freely enjoy the houses, common areas and facilities in a calm and secure environment. If you do not choose "privatization", you may have to share the domain with others, but everything is organized to maintain comfort and privacy. They have all been designed to be equally pleasant for small groups as for large ones. Yes. Mas Saint-Gens regularly hosts corporate seminars, training courses and professional retreats. The Lab room is perfect for hosting your residential seminar. It can sometimes be rented on its own by the day during the off-season to local businesses. Yes, with respect for the place and the neighborhood. The estate is regularly chosen for birthdays, family celebrations, family reunions, hen parties and private events. A maximum of 40 people are allowed for the entire duration of the event to ensure everyone's comfort. The Lab room is available as a backup option should the weather require it. A room for your residential corporate seminars, management committees, wellness stays, training courses, etc. It is equipped with: Video projector, screen, flip chart. The large lawn, swings , trampoline, and more await children and adults alike. The estate allows parents to relax and children to have fun (although vigilance is required). Do you have any baby equipment? Yes, we have 3 travel cots, 2 high chairs, 2 baby baths, 2 potties, and plastic tableware. Please let us know your needs at least 15 days before your arrival. For insurance purposes, babies are included in the house occupancy count. How are the cottages equipped? All our holiday homes have new or recently renovated equipment. The bedding is new, French-made, and of hotel quality. The same applies to the duvets and pillows. Dishwasher, TV, and Wi-Fi are provided. A table and chairs are available for meals together. Access to a washing machine and dryer is also included. Approximately one month before your arrival, you will receive a welcome booklet with all the information about your holiday home and the surrounding area. Do you have a central communal kitchen? We don't have a communal kitchen, but each cottage has its own, large enough to cook for many people (even 45!). There are plenty of utensils and dishes (each cottage has its own dishes for its number of guests plus a set for 45 people in the storage room). Each kitchen has its own refrigerator, plus a large refrigerator in the storage room. The kitchen at Maison des Rêveurs is near the Lab. We can recommend local caterers and private chefs who are familiar with the venue and comfortable with our kitchens. If we rent several houses, where will we all eat together? During the warmer months, large tables are set up outside in the patio for 45 people. Outside of this period, the Lab room is at your disposal (contact us for availability and price if you do not privatize the domain). The House of Happiness has a large dining room that can accommodate 20 people seated at a table. The Maison des Voyageurs also has a spacious living room. The deposit is used to guarantee the costs of buybacks and repairs following damage that you may cause (indoors and outdoors). No entry will be permitted if the deposit has not been received beforehand. Why pay a tourist tax? It is mandated by the region to provide you with quality infrastructure. The price is determined by the accommodation's rating. Only adults pay it. €1/adult/night (3-star rating). What is your policy regarding noise pollution? Out of respect for the neighbors, outdoor music is prohibited after 10 PM. A noise meter is installed in the patio. Inside, in the Lab, the sound level must be kept to a minimum (no DJs or large sound systems; dancing until 2 AM maximum). The beautiful stories about some of the objects acquisition (the lucky finds, impulse buys, love at first sight… none of them planned) made me think that the writers were very talented at making their readers dream. And yet, today I have to believe that these stories were real. Indeed, it was an ad, seen by chance on Facebook, for the sale of Mas Saint-Gens that leads us to welcome you today, only a few months later, in our Maisons de Vacances. CGV Terms of Sales The reservation constitutes acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions and obligation to pay the deposit (and the balance following the cancellation conditions below). PURPOSE OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT The parties declare that this rental does not concern premises rented for main residential use or mixed professional use and main residence. Consequently, they agree that their respective rights and obligations will be governed by the stipulations of the contract, by the amended decree of December 28, 1976 and, failing that, by the provisions of the Civil Code. The premises covered by this contract are rented furnished on a seasonal basis. LENGTH OF STAY : The customer signing the contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay. RENT The rent includes, for the entire duration of the rental, the payment of rental charges and available supplies listed below: water/electricity/heating in winter, within the limit of one consumption as a "good father", cleaning on leaving. The cleaning service does not include the tidying up of the house or the management of your waste, which it is up to you to do before your departure (otherwise, the time spent will be invoiced, 30€ net/h). LESSEE'S OBLIGATIONS - The Lessee will peacefully use the rented accommodation and the furniture and equipment according to the destination given to them by the lease and will be liable for any damage and losses that may occur during the term of the contract in the premises of which he has exclusive use. - The Lessee will maintain the rented accommodation and return it in good condition at the end of the contract. If items in the inventory are broken or damaged, the Lessor may claim their replacement value. - He must avoid any noise likely to disturb the neighbours, in particular those emitted by radio, television, music and other devices (no speakers or dj). Animals are not allowed TERMINATION BY PLEASE RIGHT In the event of failure by the Lessee to fulfill one of the contractual obligations, the lease will be terminated automatically. This termination will take effect immediately upon written notification. ELECTION OF DOMICILE For the execution of the present, the Lessor and the Lessee elect domicile in their respective domiciles. However, in the event of a dispute, the court of the domicile of the Lessor shall have sole jurisdiction. This contract and its consequences are subject to French law.
